Optional Accelerator Track: 1-on-1 Leadership Coaching

For participants dedicated to maximizing their personal and professional growth, we offer an optional, focused leadership coaching package. Summit content provides the blueprint; coaching provides the tailored accountability and sustained focus to ensure successful application.

You will be paired with a trained, professional leadership coach for six exclusive sessions designed to:

  • Accelerate Personal Growth: Work through the specific, real-world challenges you face in your institution.
  • Sustain Impact: Translate the Summit's theoretical concepts into long-term, observable behavioral and career changes.
  • Master New Skills: Deepen your self-awareness and rapidly build competence in your identified areas for development.

Summit Cost:

  • Early Bird Registration: $2,250 if registered by March 1
  • Standard Registration: $2,500 if registered between March 2 and May 1

Travel & Accommodations

Airport

Fly into the Indianapolis International Airport (IND). The airport is roughly 50 miles north of Bloomington. We will not be providing transportation to and from the airport. However, taxis, Uber/Lyft, rental cars, and the Go Express Airport Shuttle are all reliable transportation options to and from Bloomington.

Hotel Stay

We have set up room blocks at the following hotels to help accommodate your stay. You will receive information for booking one of the rooms from our discounted room blocks after you're registered for the Conference. You also have the option to stay in another hotel or Airbnb for the duration of your time in Bloomington.

Please note that the Conference begins on the evening of Sunday, June 7 and concludes on the evening of Wednesday June 10. The room blocks are fro 4 nights (6/7 - 6/11).
