Year-Round/Academic Year Programs
- $50 non-refundable enrollment deposit/registration fee for all programs
- Deposit will be refunded if the program itself is cancelled
- Deposit will be credited towards the total cost of tuition
- 50% tuition refund if cancellation requested after beginning of program
- Must be before the halfway point in the semester
- No tuition refund if cancellation requested after halfway point of the semester
- Exception to this rule: in the event of a performance-prohibitive injury in the second half of the semester, an appropriate refund may be observed
Summer Programs
- $100 non-refundable enrollment deposit/registration fee (this includes the audition fee for auditioned programs)
- Potential 50% tuition refund if cancellation requested after payment deadline but before program start date***
- Potential 25% tuition refund if cancellation requested after beginning of program***
***All refunds and cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis as there are often extenuating circumstances that must be considered. Requests for refunds need to be submitted to the Jacobs Academy office at musicsp@iu.edu.
