Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following deadlines and non-refundable fees. All refunds are requested via email from the Jacobs Academy Administrative Office.

Important Note: All Jacobs Academy Programs are subject to cancellation for insufficient enrollment. All programs cancelled for insufficient enrollment will be refunded at the full amount including a refund of the registration fee.
